Controlled by the control system, the servo motor drives the ball screw which drives the wire-drawing disk. Sliding on the straight rail, the wire-drawing disk moves according to the order of the control system. The slot clearance can be adjusted as requirement. The data displayed on the screen can be reset easily. Lock-expanding ring is equipped on the machine. After the operator feeds the longitudinal wire, expand and lock the wire with the ring. It saves time andmaterial during unload the filter tubes.The machines are ideal for making mine mesh, and medical and chemical filters, ect.
